Lyme Disease Help? In Central N.J. (Edison)? |
I'm Very, very sick with lyme disease and I can't find a Dr who cares enough to cure or even just treat me....... Are you certain you have Lyme? How did the titer read? How long have you had it? Is it still in the "Bulls eye" stage? If this is new you need to go to urgent care. The sooner you are treated, the better your chance of recovery. If this has been going on for sometime and the doctor you go to could care less, get a new one. Try contacting your county or state health department for information & referrals. Take it seriously. please go to http://www.lymenet.org , click on "flash discussions," click on "seeking a doctor." People will help you find a good Lyme doc in your region. They can also let you know about support groups in your area. |
