Colerration between pulmonary functions and HRCT chest in stagging of interstitial lung diseases? There are guidelines set for the staging of ILD's in relation to pulmonary function test results, I believe through the American College Of Chest Physicians. I think mostly based on FVC, Fev1, FEV 25%-75%, and a DLCo using a full body box. |
