How can you detoxify radiation from your body? |
My mom recently had 9 mammograms and a chest X-ray all within 2 months. The technician had problems inserting the wires for a lumpectomy and repeatedly subjected my mom to mammograms. (He was reading the X-ray results incorrectly). As a result, she had at least 7 mammograms in 1 day, plus the original one in November which revealed the problem, then a density test to confirm the problem. My question is, how can you rid your body of the radiation? I know it is not safe to have that much radiation in a short amount of time. What a great, caring daughter you are. I will eagerly look forward to the answers to this helpful question having received so much radiation for cancer myself years ago and recently receiving mega radiation from many cat scans and xrays given after a horrific high speed wrecks. Radiation Therapy. This bath counteracts the effects of radiation, whether from X-rays, cancer treatment radiation, fallout from the atmosphere, or television radiation. 1 cup of baking soda and 1 to 2 cups of ordinary coarse salt (or epsom salts or sea salt) to a tub of water. You can soak for 20 minutes. Acupuncture is very effective for detoxing, including from radiation. You can go to www.drnatura.com and they have a "toxinout" program which is a broad spectrum detoxification program. If you go to their site just click on to "products" along the top. The Toxinout assists the body in the removal of heavy metals, as well as other toxins while detoxifying the blood, liver, kidneys and other organs. It also consists of the Detoxigreens (this is their multivitamin. I use it daily!) and Floraprotect. Ionizing radiation is not a chemical or biological substance, so there is nothing to be removed - so no detoxification necessary. The amount of radiation is so low that no studies of diagnostic exams have shown any harmful effects. |
