Whats Low Blood Sugar?


Today iw as at my soccer game and i couldnt run as fat as i can and kick as well. My coach asked me if it was low blood sugar and i said idunno
At my Last game i felt over excersized and threw up
with is the same feeling i get all the time now

Whats wrong with me?
is it Low blood Sugar?
If it is how can i help myself to get better?

Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, occurs when your blood glucose level causes a specific set of symptoms that reverse themselves once sugar is given.

What Are the Symptoms of Hypoglycemia?
Most people feel symptoms of hypoglycemia when their blood glucose is 70 mg/dL or lower.

Each person may have different symptoms of hypoglycemia. You will learn to recognize your symptoms.

Early symptoms of hypoglycemia may include:

Confusion
Dizziness
Feeling shaky
Hunger
Headaches
Irritability
Pounding heart; racing pulse
Pale skin
Sweating
Trembling
Weakness
Anxiety

Speak with your doctor just to be on the safe side.

the opposite of high blood sugar but with the same symptoms pretty much. make sure you aren't skipping meals and are staying hydrated.

Drink some high sugar apple juice or eat a cookie and a glass of milk. If you don't' feel better in half an hour then there could be something wrong with you. You might just be sick.... Or you might have high blood sugar, as in diabetes.. Call your doctor

Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) is when your body is not producing enough insulin. Have your blood sugar level checked. it's pretty simple.
When you are feeling like this, try eating something, protein type and see if you feel better.
keep a record of symptoms to help your doctor evaluate you quicker.

Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) occurs when you don't have enough sugars in your body. This can cause you to be weak, shaky, and tired. You may just be running yourself out...make sure your getting pleanty of rest and drinking fluids. I know I can't drink a lot of fluids before and during exercise (especially running) because that can upset your stomach. Make sure your hydrated but don't over do it when exercising. If it still happens call your doctor, just to make sure.
