Does Bannana helps with Low blood sugar? |
Hello friends, I have low blood sugar everytime when I lift weight or do cardio. I feel so nervous and irritated everytime I finish my workout. My post workout supplement is that I took weight gainer that contains only 6 gram of sugar and 34 grams of protein and 50 grams of carb only and think there is nothing bad with the weight gainer. But my muscle wouldn't budge or bulk up at all maybe is because I have low blood sugar when everytime I exercise? I was wondering for a 2 hour work out to prevent low blood sugar after I exerise, should I eat 2 fresh bannana before my workout and does it have to be a fresh bannana or any kind of bannana will do? Any comments would be so appreciative. Thanks again. Yep banana like all other fruits are high i sugary compounds so yes it will help a lot. |
