Can low blood pressure and/or low blood sugar cause vomiting?

i am 23 years old. i have been diagnosed as both hypoglycemic and as having hypo tension. my doctor said that neither were severe cases and both could be controlled with diet.
in the past 2 months, i have had 3 random cases of nausea and vomiting. i'm not pregnant. i know this because i've had my period and i've even taken a pregnancy test just to be sure. the nausea and vomiting symptoms last 1-2 days. it always happens suddenly and unexpectedly. sometimes i get nauseous, vomit, and then i'm fine for a few hours. i may even get hungry and eat something and be fine for a while. but then all of a sudden it's back.
i always have a cup or a bottle of water with me.
also, i didn't eat breakfast this morning because i wasn't hungry, but i did make sure to drink a big glass or orange juice so that i had some sort of sugar in me. after i had been at work for about 3 hours, i wasn't feeling so great.

so can this be related to my low blood sugar or low blood pressure issues?

whoa. You need to return to the doc with that issue. My bro and I also have low blood sugar, and if we haven't eaten properly, we do tend to get nauseous, but neither of us have ever vomited from it. My brother, on the other hand, has gone into convulsions when his sugar dropped really low.

Nausea and vomiting could be completely unrelated to either of these conditions, or they could be directly related to both.
You could have a viral or bacterial infection, could have a gastric reflux problem, this could be a side effect of the medications your taking, or any number of random health conditions.
And.... yes.... nausea and vomiting can be directly related to cardiac symptomology. When the body senses that it is in desperate need of oxygen... such as during a cardiac episode... or heart attack... usually the first thing that happens is that the body shuts down the unnecessary functions. The gastrointestinal tract is the first to be shut down. When the GI tract is shut down it must be emptied.... it is easier for it to come up than to go down.... so emesis is the result..... or vomitting.

You should record this information and present it to your doctor as soon as possible. You need to be evaluated to see why this is happening.
