Iam having low blood sugar?

Hello,
Iam sandeep iam 28 years of age
iam suffering from low blood sugar from 12 yers.
every 1 hour i should have a good cup of Tea.
or else iam getting drained.
my face is becoming lethargic and my brain is not working with out tea . iam even having problem of breathing if i dont drink tea for 6 hours.
every morning when i wake up my face is becoming small and iam feeling tired.
drinking a good hot cup of tea is elevating my body and brain.

For low blood sugar eat fruit and drink
100% juice.
Avoid beverages that contain caffeine, they worsen your condition.
Be sure to drink plenty of water.

Try and drink more water instead of tea. Tea has caffeine in it which will dehydrate you and leave you feeling lethargic.
