I have low blood sugar/ pressure in the morning which causes me to faint alot ..help!?

i fainted about 5 times in my life and had a seizure once, what are somethings i can do to make sure my blood sugar/pressure isnt really low in the morning?

eat a high protien snack at bed time, and drink two liters of water every day.

you need to go to the doc and have a blood glucose tolerance test done and you may need medicine for low blood pressure. I had the same problem myself. good luck
