Long Term Care Nursing Care Plan Help.....? |
Can anyone suggest a website or a good reference book on LTC careplans, that have good points on falls, skin-tears, and incidents/accidents? I am the "New" careplan nurse risk manager for a large LTC facility God love ya, I use to do the same job, I found a book on amazon.com but to be honest, I had to modify each one to meet the needs of the residents. Mosby's dictionary in the back has a Nursing Dx. for each medical illness, you'll just have to take bits and pieces and make your own. It won't be long you'll be a pro. if you are what you say you are you already know the answer Try a search on risk management long term care, maybe some of the links that come up might help. |
