What is the telephone number for the omsbudsman for long term residental care faciities in L.A county? Actually, the Social Services department for the facility or the facility Administrator have those numbers (They have to keep them on file). Put them on their toes by asking for it! You can also contact your local Health Department for that information. I don't live there in that county. However, I have been a Marketing Director of Assisted livings for years. You can look in there survey folder that should be located for public viewing. You might also look it up online. Hope that helps. I agree with the smile and wink - ;). Speak to the resident's social worker, the administrator or contact Medicaid/Medical. There should also be wall posters with this information at various locations throughout the LTC facility.
