http://search.japantimes.co.jp/cgi-bin/n... Thanks and Detail.... omg, i met myself but. japanese version! im living with add. its really hard. and i know its extremly hard to deal with. i havent had medication in 3 years. the last time i was on meds was when i 15yrs old. omg. so one thing is my biggest priority. is thinking about whats important. to stay on track. when i wake up im hungry so ill make something to eat. its easier to concentrat after u have eaten. then i clean a bit. like u and other people w/add adhd, its hard to keep a clean room. lol cuz your either busy with one thing or doing an other. then i just try not to multi task. because it nakes it easier to do one thing at a time. but yes. with time And self motivation one suffering with add/adhd can teach your own self into proforming daily activties with no meds. and i know that when i have kids im not going to put them on meds aswell. Sorry for I didn't choose best answer.I felt desparate.Thank you for all and MizR.ame.for worrying me,but please, you have choice,we have no choice. All medications are for proper use for life improvement, not misuse. Report It over 300 words.. what are you eating? what exercise are you getting? what relaxation techniques are you practicing? Leave JAPAN ASAP ! We have lots of Ritalin here In the USA ! Work on your coping skills, drugs are not the solution. Psychiatric drugs have found to harm more than they help. Blessings my sister has adhd and it is vary hard to deal with and she takes Ritalin and it helps her vary much she has calmed down and she dose no bite me any more most people that have adhd are vary active and never settle down my dad might have add he is still in testing and i have add too while during growing up did u ave problems with your puberty life or sexual life or did u get in trouble a lot I have a 21 year old son who took Ritalin only for 3 months when he was 4 years old.
