Viruses die immediately after coming out of living beings, then how one acquire HIV virus as it dies sooner?

When any Virus dont live outside the living organism and dies as soon as it comes out, how can it transmit itself from person to person through infected needles, blood transfusion and naked sex etc? Further differing blood group of persons would also make difficult to permit change over bodies(infect)?

The virus is contained in bodily fluids. As long as the fluid exists, the virus can.

because the blood is still inside of the needle and it is still warm. You can get it from touching someone elses blood if you have a cut.

in the case of needles, a tiny amount of blood is left in the needle, it is still body temp so the virus does not die, then when introduced into another body the drop of blood is entered and the virus spreads

All viruses do have one thing in common. They are dormant life forms until they inject their own DNA into a living cell.

There are different viruses that are transmitted in different ways, due to their specialized protein structures, that are used for cellular communication. Complex living cells also have protein structures attached to sugar molecules used to communicate with other cells.

They are called glycoprotein structures (glyco - sugar and protein (protein structures or a series of enzymes are the same thing) - I.E. A liver cell communicates with other liver cells that it belongs to that cluster of cells through protein and sugar structures on the surface of the cell. (Its the cell's braille).

Some viruses are air born, like Rhino Virus (Responsible for transmitting the common cold) and some are only transmitted through fluids, such as AIDS.

Also, if the immune system has proper cellular communication, the virus cannot talk its way into the cell.

Viruses constantly mutate. That is why the flu season is man made, because of flu shots. They are forcing more virulant strains to mutate faster and create more kinds of flus.

So, if the immune system is healthy and has proper cellular communication, the immune system has the ability to keep up with the mutating AIDS virus.

In fact, I know HIV infected people who's viral load goes down because they are extremely healthy from supplementing what is "missing" in the human frame and diet because the body is the miracle.

Look at Magic Johnson. I know what he is supplementing with. He will live a long and healthy life.

well ur info regarding viruses dying outside body is half truth.

they die but not immediately.
viruses become dormant when they are outside of host body & their survival in the environment depends upon the sorrounding conditions & the type of virus.
some viruses can survive weeks of hot dessicating conditions but others just die in a few minutes.

regarding HIV , as u said it is a delicate virus, but not so delicate that it will die immediately on coming out of body, it requires few hours of environmetal exposure before it becomes totally dead, so meanwhile it has the time to infect other persons by the way of infected needles.
naked sex is a very efficient way of transmitting the virus as the virus is transferred from one favourable environ to another directlywith out coming in contact with the environment.
regarding blood transfusions blood is immedtely cooled & stored in cold temperatures, & it has been seen that virus survives this cold environment, in fact it is a viral property, all viruses tolerate cold well, & when blood is bought to normal temp, it is again in contact with a favourable environment, so the virus gets transmitted.

All viruses dont die the moment they come out of the human body ! The most common vituses which cause Hepatitis B and the AIDS in humans die only when they get exposed to high temperatures like 100 degrees or even 120 degrees. Hope this answers one part of the question .
The other part of the question, where you have asked ,

First of all, viruses are not living things. They are active or inactive. However, semantics aside, many viruses can remain 'alive' or active for a very long time outside their host organism. This can include viruses remaining viable on surfaces (you sneeze into your hand and grab a door knob, 30 minutes later, someone else grabs the door knob, then rubs their eye or scratches their nose and they can be infected). Also, one can freeze-dry most viruses and store them frozen for a very long time. Others are much more fragile and 'die' or become inactive very quickly unless they are in a perfectly suitable environment (temperature, humidity, salinity, etc.).

In the specific case of HIV trasmission, during sex, the virus remains in bodily fluid which maintains the virus in comfort until it finds a new cell to infect. Same thing with needles or blood in a transfusion. The virus sits in the blood on the needle until it is put into a new arm.
