What are the health hazards of living on top of a landfill. There is a condo being built ontop of a landfil?

Unless you can stay there for free, I wouldn't do it. There are countless health risks associated with living on top of a landfill.

Absolutely! You could have a wide variety of health problems. Everything from different types of cancers to respiratory illness, to allergies, and even infertility. Don't move there. It doesn't matter how low the price is, it isn't worth it.

I wouldn't do it if I were you ....you'd be paying to get sick !

In addition to any possible health risks, I would be concerned about the instability of the ground over a landfill. I saw one subdivision in Kansas where foundations and walls began cracking when the ground continued settling over a dump site that had been filled in. Invest your money in a more secure venture than this one, because this one smells funny.
