13 years old and gettting liver spots?

I am 13 years old i am a female and today when i was eating. (20 minutes ago) i noticed im getting spots on my hands. I just got back from mexico and i was out on the sun not a lot but when i was i was out for a while.

wat causes the liver spots?
are they permanent?
can i ever get them off?
am i getting cancer?
i ammm freaking outt. helppp please!
i only have it on my fingers!
am i gonna get it on my whole HAND!!!?
CAN i stop them right now before i get moree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been back from mexico for like 5 days so im pretty sure its liver spots. i have like one dark on my left hand like the 2nd finger from the left

and i have another on my middle finger on my right hand. my hand is like brown n then like a line it splits back to tan

Have you shown these spots to a responsible person. Your mother, father, aunt, uncle,or someone who is responsible for your care?

If you and/or they are concerned, you need to see a doctor. There are many things that could be causing the spotting on you. Don't jump to conclusions, or you will drive yourself nuts. Contact your family doctor. If he or she doesn't have a clue, they will send you to a dermatologist. I am sure there is a simple answer. You didn't have them before you went to Mexico. You have them now. Should be an easy fix for a good doctor.

im so sorry to tell you this becuz my nan had it youv got melonera cancer it can affect u eyes make u go blind and can kill u cuz it can spread to you liver FREAK OUT !!!!! NOW HAHAHA jk go to u doctor..

Have you shown these spots to your parents?

Talk to your mom. If it's something to be concerned about she'll get you in to see a doctor. Don't panic, and don't self-diagnose.
