Liver tumor? |
Someone I know has a large tumor wrapped around her liver with some lyph gland involvement and a spot on her lung. She is awaiting biopsy results and has no symptoms. Does anybody have any experience with this sort of thing? Do you think it's cancerous? A tumor can be benign or cancerous. The test results will show. If it is cancerous, it might be in the early stages, which can be treatable. I believe that it might be cancerous, but because of your friend having minimal symptoms, there is a good chance that it is in the early, treatable stages. Your friend's doctor will give options on treatment. Either way, the tumor will probably have to come out because it is not only effecting the largest metabolic organ in your friend's body, but it is also effecting the creation of white blood cells. Remember, doctors will treat this. And no matter what happens, a highly advanced medical care system will help your friend to the fullest extent. |
