I have white pimple like spots (very small) inside mouth, read indetail and give solution 4 long time problem

i have small white pimple or boil like spots inside (two sides of my jaws) my mouth. No spots i can feel with my tongue immediately after gettingup from bed. Normally these spots start appearing immediately (whenever) i awake from bed. All spots disappear even if i sleep during day time or even when i am on travel but slept while travelling. Sometimes streaking of skin occurs inside mouth it hurts. i consulted skin specialist, dentist, they told some mucous glands are exposed (it may happen to one in ten thousand?). i went to cancer section also but here doctor after physically examining me suggested not to go for culturing of tissues and nothing to panic.
In short "spots are appearing in day time and disappear when i sleep and start coming when i rise from bed"
whenever i take cod liver capsules or b complex i feel better.
i am having this problem for last seven years.
please suggest me good remedies.

Cancer "spots" do not come and go. Ergo your doctor's advise not to panic.
However, if a culture is not done of the tissues, how will you ever receive a definitive diagnosis? I'm also curious - has an oral surgeon seen the spots that you reference? An good oral surgeon may be able to identify them on sight. An excellent one would lift one for biopsy and culture. :-)
Another thought: Have you kept a food journal to see if there is any connection between your diet and the spots? Acidic foods will probably exacerbate the problem.
