About tanning?

What is the best way to tan. I have never had a sunburn but skin cancer runs in my family and I don't want wrinkles or liver spots when I get older. Please help!!!
Oh and I tan realy easily I just need to know a safe way to do so.

I thought my uncle had skin cancer but i was wrong. It was colon cancer. I don't know how I confused the two. Sorry. I still don't want wrinkles or spots though.

be sure to put on lots of sun screen and reapply it every few hours

dont aim for a suntan in a day even though u tan easily

just expose ureself slowly to the sun always with a medium sun tan protection
assuming that u are fair but tan easily i would suggest 15 / 20spf

dont use oils, i dont trust them

dont go to a uv bed either

be careful when tanning in the wind as ull get burnt without noticing

There is no safe way to tan, it's really bad for you're skin. All I have to say is put sun tan lotion on when you want to tan since skin cancer funs in your family...

The safest way would be a fake tan. Either self applied from a bottle or a spray on tan. Then I would say the next would be limited exposure to the sun say 1 hour max with a SPF 30+ applied. The least safest way would be an unlimited tanning package with a tanning salon at the full bed time without any tanning lotion or follow up lotion used.

DONT DO IT> It will increase your already high risk of skin cancer. If you add environmental factors to genetics, then you are going to have a very big risk. I suggest stay very far away from UV exposure to your skin. Protect yourself. Which is better, Beauty or skin cancer? you decide, you have control.

There is no safe way to tan- if you want to avoid burning and getting cancer then either use sunless self tanner or go to the salon for Mystic Tan.

If u want to get a tan Indoor tanning is still one of the safer at least you know what type of u rays go to you. As u know our ozone layer is getting from bad to worst if we tan out door we may not even know what rays we are getting. Try going to an indoor studio. Sun Tanning studio have been in Singapore for the last 9 years and they have differents machine to help you get a quick tan after 3- 5 session.
