No will power and a family history of heart/liver disease.?

So here it is, as whiny as it may sound:

I have little to no will power when it comes to eating healthier.
Now I'm asking for a miracle but any help on maybe "training" yourself to eat healthier.

I'm worried because my family has a history of heart and liver disease. As well as bone marrow problems. (screwed I know)
It seems that if I don't start eating healthier now It can be very critical later on in my life.

So how do I help myself eat healthier?
(
I know I should have will power, be a stronger person, and all that other bullshit, but I'm not.)

Typo up above: No miracle.

i'm in the same situation as you... i've read that 21 consistent days or repetitions is enough for a person to gain a new habit. i've been doin it and i'm on the 17 day. i feel great too. just challenge yourself!! i know.... thats kinda diificult, so ask a friend to go in on a "biggest loser challenge" where you put up money and see who lost the most each month!! it works.. i'm on myway to getting 100 dollars... good luck!!!
