My boyfriend has liver disease - can anyone tell me what to expect? (symptoms, etc)? |
I've heard that mood swings are common to the disease, is that true? the symptoms depend on the kind of his disease, but in people whose liver does not work properly, toxins can not be eradicated from the body and they may affect the brain function. this usually happens when the disease is very severe. the patient may be sleepy, may loose the balance in motins, and even experience cognitive disturbances such as mood swing or judgement impairment. |
