Liver cancer question..? |
My grandma on my dad's side died of some sort of liver complications, and my dad's brother died of liver cancer after taking pain killers every day for several years (he was in a near fatal car accident and had severe pain)...what are my chances of getting liver cancer also? I am 21, and I have been drinking alcohol and using drugs since 16...this is one of the reasons why I'd like to quit though All those drugs are filtered by the liver, cirrohsis of the liver is a deadly disease needing transplant. Hep C is another problem causing serious liver disease. Stop taking drugs, it is very dangerous esp seeing your family history. |
