About Liver cancer?

One of my friend was diagnosed as liver cancer 2 weeks ago and today doctors said she will die in 3/4 days.

I am very sad!! can someone tell how and why this happens and why it gives so less time

First of all, I'm sorry for your friend suffering such a dreaded disease. The liver is the metabolic powerhouse of the body. It stores, converts and distributes nutrients needed for cellular metabolism, and without it our cells die, some very rapidly.
