What are the symptoms of Cancer (liver cancer)?

I have burning sensation near liver, constipation ( no comfortable stool) I have very good appetite.... and i smoke 3-4 cigrattes a day from last 10 years i am smoking....
Please confirm if indication of any cancer?

Often there are no symptoms of liver cancer until the later stages. This is why early detection is difficult. When symptoms do occur, they may include fatigue, pain on the right side of the upper abdomen or around the right shoulder blade, nausea, loss of appetite, feeling full after a small meal, unexplained weight loss and jaundice (yellowing of the eyes and the skin). If you have one or more risk factors for liver cancer and any of these symptoms, you should see your doctor immediately.

What causes liver cancer?

There are several risk factors that increase the likelihood someone will get liver cancer.

Cirrhosis, or scarring, can lead to liver cancer. Over 80 percent of liver cancer cases are linked to cirrhosis. In the United States, hepatitis C and alcohol abuse are the leading causes of cirrhosis.
Long-term infection with hepatitis B and C are linked to liver cancer because they often lead to cirrhosis. Hepatitis B can lead to liver cancer without cirrhosis.
Smoking is another probable risk factor, especially among people who abuse alcohol and have cirrhosis.
Obesity also appears to be linked to primary liver cancer. Less common risk factors include abuse of anabolic steroids, or male hormones, for strength conditioning; exposure to arsenic in drinking water; and exposure to certain chemicals in the plastics industry.

Is this a Question, for interest sake, OR has "someone" or something you read, given you some panic that you might have Liver Cancer.?? Quite often, the actual "pain" or symptoms, that MIGHT be associated with Liver Cancer, do not show until its advanced. The main, known, risks to having Liver Cancer..are>>Hepatitis, and heavy alcohol consumption.BUT, there ARE others also.
In some instances, consuming too much Aspirin/Paracetamol, may affect the Liver also. Too broad a range to mention ALL here. Your feeling of a burning sensation >>"near the Liver", Constipation..could ALSO be caused by something you ate, and EVEN, some sort of exercises or strain to the abdomen area. Smoking is documented as a risk factor..but isn't smoking associated with many other things also ?
If your smoking ONLY limited each day..while we can all say "smoking is not good for you", I hardly think its a factor in your "problem" BASED on your Questions information,I doubt ANY Doctor would definitely state to you >>YES.

definately not liver cancer, symptoms of cancer are weight loss, fatigue, nausea, feeling generally "crap'. maybe its heart burn??
