Why have i been getting increased injuries?


i run track and i am a sprinter.. at first i was having low back problems and hamsring probs...then those got a lil better and i got in a car accident and got treatment for ligament strains in my back. i sat out for two weeks and now that i am back i just got a strained hipflexor. i sometimes think its because i dont eat before practice but i think its more than that...i warm up properly everyday and still get injured..whats wrong...
