I have a damaged(not torn) acl ligament, should i do surgery?

what is the best way for treating me, most of the doctors didnt recommend surgery not because its not a major injury (which is a major injury) , just because they rather me strengthen my muscles around it.

Your doctors are right. The ACL will heal if it is not torn. Having strenghtened muscles around your knee will enable you to go back to your normal activities. If you tore your ACL completely, then there's no question about having surgery specially if you are young and are into sports.

I would get o a diffenrent knee dr who knows their stuff and an ACL injury is a serious injury and if you are having problems HAVE surgery done on it PERIOD!!!!!!!
