Torn lateral ligament? |
Was wondering every since my injury. I can't do anything w/o a fall or severe pain! I have plans for surgery, but not only w/the injury over a year keeping it to myself, but I gain over a 100lbs. I was wondering would it be hard as ever to heal. I'm very determined and positive, but can miss me with that pain. try a Bowen therapist who do gentel and non invasive owrk on the muscles AND ligaments to get them to heal or go to see a professional homeopath. visit www.bowen-technique.co.uk for a bowen therapist in your area. have experienced and done as a practitioner and really works can take a small amount of time but brilliant and very effective. more info on website. |
