What are some good exercizes to strenghten my ankles?


I'm doing a 150 mile hike along the AT in august, and I really need to strenghten my ankles before hand.They're weak because of old ligament and tendon injuries. Any suggestions?

Extend your hands out to a counter / bench top
Stand on tip toes for 10 seconds
Repeat 5 time
Do exercise 5 times daily
