What are some good exercizes to strenghten my ankles? |
I'm doing a 150 mile hike along the AT in august, and I really need to strenghten my ankles before hand.They're weak because of old ligament and tendon injuries. Any suggestions? Extend your hands out to a counter / bench top |

I have a elastic type support bra... I think you have some type of autoimmune condition where the system starts to attack itself. I would go to a rhematologist who can properly diagnose.
