How do i strengthen my ankle ligaments after injury ? |
ok i recently got injured in a football match where i went over on my ankle and bruised the ligaments. see a doctor go 2 a doctor and ask for a new kind of support....... they are all different and he/she will get you one that works for the type of injury you had. i'm not sure where ur injury is but build up the strength by pointing and flexing your ankle (not using ur hands to push) and walk (not run) for about a mile a day to build up the strength. start running again when you feel you're ready to physical theapry does wonders |
