Ointments/gels for joints and ligaments?

Doing martial arts I often injury my joints and pull ligaments. Could you guys advise some ointments/gels for healing this kind of stuff?

Note: I'm *not* looking for pain relief but rather for an aid in healing these injuries.

I'm not sure that any of the topical ointments will "heal" your injuries, but they will help distract you from the pain. You probably are taking a good regimine of supplements, but you should look into a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, like fish oil, to help decrease your overall inflammation. There was a fantastic article on MSN.com about fish oil and all of its benefits. That's what I would do to help any chronic conditions. Good luck!

try a deep heat cream its great xx

arnica.. it is a herbal remedy. it is great for bruises and sore muscles.
