I am having pain in the front of my ankle where the joints are? |
I didnt injure myself and dont know why, does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be, I have old injuries tears in ligaments and stretched out ligaments but i thought they healed after all the physical therapy 3 and 6 years ago, I am 20, and 13 weeks pregnant it especially hurts while walking, or if I arch my toes upward(is there a better word than toes?) I had a major break(my heal bone) and i have a titanium cage and 13 one inch screws in my foot. If i don't wear arch support insoles my foot is killing me after maybe an hour on my feet. Try arch supports and see if that doesn't help. You may have to take it easy for the rest of your pregnancy. Your injuries probably will never go away altogether, but a little care may help relieve the pain. Is this your first pregnancy? It could be that you are putting on weight because of the pregancy. Another factor might be the shoes you are wearing, remember comfort is always better then style, especially if you are going to be on your feet. |
