Soooooooooo Frustrated....Wish u could help me with this =) Thank...? |
friends, about a year ago i had injuries on my knee...it's ligament problems (somethings like ACL) and my bone (i think the bone's name was Fibula) have little breaks... If you tore your ACL, you should have it replaced and fixed. hi sorry I can't help more, but I would go to I'd say you might want to get a second opinion. Not all doctors are the same.. Maybe accupuncture would help. Please understand the pain may never go away, but the ultimate goal is to get it the point that u can tolerate it. You should go to the doctor, my sister has its/ it happened about a year ago, and it was never really the same again. One day we were in school and rip! the ligament or whatever her problem was came apart again and she was in a **** load of pain. Had to be carried to the nurse by the teacher, then i had to carry her to the car - they took her straight to the hospital/ you should go to the doctor, no one hear can advise you. I've had 4 operations to repair a crucial anterior ligament and ring cartilage damage caused by kickboxing bouts. I have been told that knee replacement is my only option left to end the pain and find relief. They also told me that they would not do this until I reached my 50's in age. Get yourself a large aloe vera plant and chop it off put it in your blender and blend it into a liquid.. pour it into a bowl , take an soft wash cloth that is old and soak it in the bowl of liquid an lay it on your leg where it is hurting.. It relieves my arthuritis pain and heals any open sores you may have.. keep soaking it in this until the pain is gone.. should only take a couple of days for you to feel some relief.. i had to have my acl repaired...sounds like you need to have an MRI done to find out what all is going on. if your doctor won't do it, then go to another doctor. pain is there for a reason...you're hurt, obviously. so, if therapy, injections (usually cortisone), and medication haven't helped you out...then, again, it's time for the |
