Where do you get the papers for a living will if you don't want to be put on life support (if you need it).

you can download papers for a living will usually off the internet for your state easily, just type in living will for (state) ie texas, lousiana etc, and there are sites with free living will forms you just fill out and have witnessed after you complete it. You can also get a copy of these forms from your local hospital.

hospital, library, mental health clinic, or try an online search.....a good one is called "5 wishes" but there may be a small fee.

You can buy them at an office supplie store or a book store it comes in a kit so you can print it off your computer

You need to speak with your doctor about this matter. If you do not have a doctor, you need to get one. And then speak with him/her.

you may go to your local hospital and ask for them
