Killing Lice.. ASAP?

I just found out tonight (8:30) that I had lice, Ive been itching for awhile but I thought it was just dry scalp. Anyways, my younger sister had lice quite awhile ago so we had SOME rid left in the house but it expired...5 years ago.
My mom used it anyways just for now, shes going to go out and buy some more tomorrow morning but thats all we had right now.
We still had a live comb, never used, un-opend. So she let my hair sit and then washed it out, used conditioner, and then used the comb through most of my hair.
After she put a TON TON TON of olive oil in my hair and wrapped it in a paper bag, so thats what im doing right now..
I mean theres too much, its dripping down my neck as im typing..
Anyways, I just want to know what to do!
My mom said she only saw 5 dead ones when washing my hair, I have LONG hair, but I dont know what to do!
Tomorrow when I wash my hair out should I use the comb again?
I just need advice..
I have NO idea where I got this, I dont go to school..

Im homeschooled but I just want opinions on what I should do now.
All of my bedding and clothing is being washed so theres all new sheets on my bed to sleep on for tonight and the bruses were boiled in water..

Oh, and can they live on curling irons?
Cause I use that everyday and my little sister just used it earlier today...

Thanks.

You can get lice from being near someone who has it. They can live on pillowcases, brushes, towels, etc.
Don't fret over it. Keep using the comb, to comb out the nits and lice itself, and use the RID when you get some. White vinegar also works at killing lice.
Also remember to wash all of your brushes, blankets, pillows, etc. in hot water to make sure the lice die.

i don't know but you should go see a doctor i believe they have creame for it.... and the lice should die from the heat of the curling iron

You need to use the nit comb often, even 3 times a day if you can manage to and also when shampooing your hair. It is important to use it to loosen the nits to pull them off the hair shaft. Wash your hair everday and use lots of conditioner after you shampoo. Then use the nit comb. The nit treatment has to be used twice. The initial treatment and then again in 7 to 10 days. Have your mom to use a flashlight to look through your hair.

hi.. i search some shampoo for lice i saw Liceadex-ex try it may be it will killing all the lice on your head.. or just use a lice comb and shampoo and conditioner your hair every day...

what everyone is telling you is right. but to protect yourself in the future you go buy some tea tree oil and put about 10 drops in your regular shampoo and it will help you from getting them again. So you wont get re-infested if you are not sure where you got them in the first place.

hey dear don't worry go to a pharmacy and ask for anti-lice shampoo use that soon u will be rid of them....after using anti-lice shampoo comb them....
dont get so worry part of life........
