Help!! this is a lice problem, a hard one!!? |
ok, i had never ever ever had lice, untilthis year, my teacher made me sit by THE most discusting little thing in my class, he has lice, everyone knows it, and he doesent care, he has had lice for the past 2 years now, and he doesnt take care of it, he probbly hase citys of lice there, anyways, there is no way, sitting or comeing past him, and not getting lice, ofcourse he gave me them, it took me about 2-3 weeks to get rid of them, now i had this teachor meeting, and guss what, my mom, yea thats right, MY MOM WALKED PAST THAT BOY AND HIS MOM so now, when we came back, i saw her itching, and i saw my brother had this dead thing on his shoulder, and i was itching now 2!! do u guys now any spaciol things, about how to avoid lice, or kill them, get rid of them, FAST plz u guys help me on this one!!! Lice treatments can be very harsh to your hair. A natural treatment is mayo. Leave on your hair for 30 minutes. Rinse out. Vasoline also works, but can be a little harder to get out. If you use vasoline, wash your hair with Dawn Dish soap a few times. (Will leave your hair very shiny !) Also, use Suave Coconut shampoo and coconut conditioner. The main ingredient in those product lice do not like. I teach preschool and these are some of the techniques we use. To take care of lice put tea tree oil on your scalp and cover with a shower cap for 30 minutes. Shampoo with tea tree oil shampoo. Wash all your bedding in super hot water and buy all new combs and brushes. If this kid really has lice talk to your school nurse about it as these things have to be reported to the county health department. Rinse your hair with vinegar. It will definatley kill the lice, my pap used it on me a couple times. Also it will double as a bug repellant! lol It will stink but not for long. First, try not to be so judgemental of others. There are many people with lice out there. Judge not lest ye be judged. I think you have an overreactive imagination. Your discription of this kid as a "discusting little thing" means you don't like him anyway. Lice are nearly invisable yso your brother would not have come home with a bug onhis shoulder from being near him. Plus lice don't jump from person to person just walking by or sitting nex to them. They are passed around by using each others combs, hats, clothing. You CANNOT see the eggs on his head as they are microcopic and hide at the skull under the hair, not on the hair. As far as I know it is against the law to go to school with an active infestation of lice. Nits only are a school by school judgment. If you are sure its him and he has live lice on his head and No one including your parents are willing or able to do anything, call your state health dept and report the school for a health violation. The best way to get rid of lice is with a special comb and a lot of combing, most lice are immune to the poison you put in your hair, manual removal is effective and safe. |
