Icky, itchy lice question!? |
When My sister and I were younger we both got head lice. My Dad managed not to get it. Some one told use this was because he took a shower every day and the lice didnt have time to lye thier eggs. Is this ture? If you take a shower every day and wash really good you wont get lice? Ok lice like clean hair but if you wash them out they cant lye eggs right? my daughter got them and gave them to me because we shared a bed. simple cleaning isn't enough because they have claws. despite what people usually think of lice..they tend to feed on clean people as dirty people's hair is too oily for them to grab on. dont let anyone put you down for it-your not dirty-just have bad luck ds WEll partially. If you lather your hair and keep it latherd for a bit longer than most it will kill them. Not the eggs, just the lice. not true, lice like clean hair Not true. Your dad probably just wasn't exposed to it. Regardless of whether you take a shower daily (which you should anyway) you can still get it, if you are around someone else who has it and their lice gets on you. No, actually lice prefer to go lay eggs on clean hair because there is no oil to stop them from gripping. Washing your hair only helps them. has nothing to do with him not getting any lice...you have to have physical contact such as touching heads and one had lice and you didn't. Thats not true what so ever...may sound like it but is not...you have to have physical contact with someone in order to get lice. |

Both of my dauthers have long thick... Definitely tell your parents, I'm sure they will understand. Whatever you do, don't resort to anything drastic to get rid of them. My advice is ONLY use a shampoo that does not contain... there nats babey lice i had them when i was in 4rth grade omg i hated it go to the doctor right away and get certain shampoo to kill them then ur mom has to take out all the black bugs ... |
