Lice keep coming back?!?!? |
DO NOT SUGGEST THAT I USE RID OR NIX. Why? Because I literally removed six live lice from my hair and coated them all in nix and rid. They stood still for a while, but after about two minutes went back to their average bussiness. They died within six hours when using treatment they should die within 20 minutes. I have tried mayo and it isn't working for me. I am also on the 21 day nit program, sleeping with olive oil in my hair, using organix tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner, I even went so far as to put dog flea shampoo in my hair. For about a week my parents dont find anything but sure enough, after that they're back. I change my bedding every 3 days (including pillow cases) and spray unwashables with lice chemical spray. I wear hairspray and flat iron and blow dry my hair. I have tried the robi comb, not really working out. what else am I supposed to do! Im desperate! wow sorry hun, if you have any stuffed animals either get rid of them or pack them in garbage bags and tie it very tightly for at least 5 days. Do you spray your bed with the lice spray as well? do that on both sides and the box spring and you may have to treat the whole house, couches anything with cloth, car etc....How old are you, and what grade are you in if you are a youngster. I only ask this because it may be going around in school and not everyone is or has been treated if that's the case and that could be a cause of the reoccurring lice. Everyone in your family should be treated as well... go to the doctor, there are prescription forms of nix and rid My mom had to spend about an hour every day for a week cutting eggs out of my hair. Someone might need to do that same for you...my only guess it that they're somehow surviving in your house even with all the extra precautions you take. Well they must be coming from somewhere. You have to not only wash your bedding, but clothes, towels, hairbrushes, hair ties, sofa pillows anything that touches your body basically. I would say if you've tried all these things and you still have lice, you should be seeing a doctor. (communicable disease specialist) there maybe an unusually tough strain going around. Who knows? Lice is in your beddings, combs, brushes, in your couch, all in your house now. Go get some A-200 this will work well on your hair, but I recommend washing all bedding, and go get some raid bombs and bomb the whole house. It usually takes a couple of times to get rid of lice. I went throught the same thing welllll, remeber - lice like clean hair. |
