Can lice live in buckwheat hull pillows?

My child got lice and keeps getting them and we do know where they keep coming from, but the pillows.Weve sprayed with lice spray.

Lice require a blood supply, if indeed the pillows are infested, and they certainly can be, then spraying them is insufficient. Put the pillows in plastice bags (space bags work really well for this) seal the bag so no air gets in or out. Leave them like that for at least two weeks. Then launder as usual. Lack of food (blood) and lack of oxygen will kill any adults, and any offspring that hatch.
