Leukemia Project....?

So with doing a research project on a topic, you must have a question as your topic. so im doing it on leukemia, but i have no question. now i know your thinking to just use the question, "what is leukemia?" but im looking for something a little more complicated.

i also thought of using "what it's like to live with leukemia." but go more personal with the paper since my dad has it. but i would be me saying what its like to live with someone who has leukemia. i don't know, this is just me rambling. but any ideas will help.

thanks

How is/was your dad being treated? Has your family discussed stem cell therapy? Particularly pertaining to a cord blood transplant (which is what I did). It is controversial, but will help show that their ARE legal nonivasive means of getting stem cells, and plenty of good uses for it.

I would suggest only tackling one type, instead of the whole field, possibly focusing on your dad's type. If you would also like more info, email me and I can give you my personal account

Take your thought further. How about "The Family Dynamic of Leukemia"? Cancer doesn't just affect an individual. It affects that individual, his family and his friends. You'd shed a whole new light on the subject if you write about this. You can certainly explain what leukemia is and how it affects the body, the treatments and prognosis but using the perspective I suggest, you will also go into how personal it is, how it affects people emotionally and mentally, what they go through physically and financially, how people face death and loss. Write about hope, courage, triumph and despair. This is more complicated, more in depth and makes it more personal, more real. High impact stuff. This is what leukemia is.
