The leukemia is back? |
I just turned 14 2 days ago. I had leukemia when I was 10 and went into remission within a month of starting chemo. I went through 3 years of maintenance chemo and finished recently. Then lately I had been feeling sick and I went and got a blood test yesterday. We got the call today that the leukemia is back. What is going to happen to me now? Am I going to have to get a bone marrow transplant, will that cure me? I'm really scared because I don't want to die and I heard that if it relapses it will be very hard to cure the second time around. I'm so scared and I have a million questions. Has anyone out there beat their fight with leukemia, or beaten it especially when you relapsed? Thanks for your answers. Thank you all for your answers. We found out today that it is in my Central Nervous System. I will have to go through radiation and having drugs injected into my spinal chord. They said if that doesnt work we may consider a stem cell transplant. I'm so scared because I know what it is like to go through all these treatments because I have been through it all before. This is my worst nightmare. I dreamed 100 times that it would come back and now it has. I don't want to die and I'm going to fight as hard as I can because I'm not ready to go yet. I want to live longer and I iwant them to find a cure. My grandmother is 85, she has relapsed several times in the past 15 years but she has finally beaten it and is doing better than ever! She still lives by herself and is healthier than a lot of 40-years-old. She says its because she refused to believe that she wouldn't get better because she didn't have time to plan a funeral! If she can have the will power to do it, I know you can!! Oh, Hannah, I'm so sorry, honey. I had breast cancer a few years ago and the thought of it or another form of cancer coming back scares me. My sister has breast cancer, too. Hannah, Sweetie, I wish you all the best. I mean that. Don't give up. Keep fighting. please try graviola from physiciansformula.com. 818-882-2400. it saved my niece and 2 sisters . there is no harm in trying it.it costs 10 dollars a bottle delivered to your door. take two capsules a day for two moths then decide if it helps you. i have no affiliation with phys.form but i believe in this product. i take 1 a day to keep cancer away..it runs in my family..i don't know if it will help everyone but it saved my niece..the doctors told her she had less than a year to live and so far ALL of her tests have come back negitive for cancer and that was after only 2 months of taking graviola. |
