For leukemia patients and/or survivors...help me analyze my symptoms please!? |
Recently I have been feeling ill, but it doesn't feel like anything I've had before. These are my symptoms: 1. You don't have to have every symptom in the book to have a problem-so you need to get it checked out. Have you been taking aspirin or ibuprofen (ibuprofen is also known as Advil or Motrin)? These can increase bleeding. If you are concerned you should be checking with your doctor. I know you want an answer about your condition, however the only real way to get one is to see your PCP. They can run tests and get an accurate diagnosis from that. There are many options for what may be going on, seek medical help it's the best bet. NOW THIS IS REAL SERIOUS HAVE YOU HAD ANY SWELLING ON FACE? HAVE YOU LOST APPETITE? HAVE YOU BEEN FEELING DIZZY? YOU DON'T ACTUALLY NEED BRUSING BUT WELL I DON'T WANT TO ALARM YOU BUT THOSE ARE SYNTOMS FOR LEUKEMIA SPECIALLY THE BLEEDING OF THE GUMS AND FATIGUE.... YOU SHOULD REALLY GO GET CHECKED WITH A DOCTOR AND LET THEM KNOW AND THEY'LL DO A BONE MARROW BIOPSY TO MAKE SURE... I REALLY HOPE IT'S NOT BAD AND THAT'S SOMETHING LESS DANGEROUS CAUSE MY MOM WAS RECENTLY DIAGNOSED AND THOSE WERE HER SYNTOMS AND IT'S JUST REALLY HARD... I'LL PRAY FOR THE BEST:) Well, I had swollen and bleeding gums. Not just when brushing, but all the time. I rushed to the dentist who told me I had gingivitus and that I needed a deep cleaning. A fricking good thing I didnt do that. I would have bleed to death in their chair. The blleding was from the low platelet count |
