Chances of leukemia coming back (child)?

My 7 year old niece has battled leukemia before (age 2-5). She has been fine for the past few years.
She became sick yesterday (104 degree fever). And my sister is being told my niece has low blood count and low platelet count, but no apparent sign of infection.

She's being moved to the Children's hospital right now for further testing.
What are the chances the leukemia is coming back?

Bless your niece's little heart; May the Leukemia not be coming back, and it just be a fluke. I really hope that she is going to be okay. Have you guys ever tried a Detox and Drainage of the blood and Kidneys medicine to keep her immune system clean and strong? There are a LOT of Homeopathic and Herbal medicines that are designed to naturally help fight these diseases and not interfere with any prescriptions the person is on, chemo, etc. There is even Chemo reliever and such, if your niece unfortunately ever has to deal with that again. There is a chance of it coming back, and I'm sure that is what they're checking closely at Children's. The sudden onset of a fever with no other explanation is cause for concern in any kid.
