Lower leg injuries??? Please help!? |
Two weeks ago I pulled my right groin muscle at a practice. I thought that it had gotten better after two days because it didn't hurt any longer, but when I tried to play in my rugby game it started to hurt again. I ended up not playing so as to not injure the muscle further, but my quadricep started to hurt also. i would say stretch your legs real good before and after you play. maybe try some easy yoga posses a few time a week. |
