Leg injuries? |
yesterday in my gym class we played football. i am fast kid so i was the wide receiver. after class i seemed fine but last night i started to feel pain in my upper legs. then i woke up today and it hurts when i walk. the inner and front parts are the areas. now i havent run in a while so it might just be im sore or do you think it is a more serious thing like a severe pull or tear. first of all how would i be able to know the difference? second should i see a doctor? and 3rd do you think i may need crutches. thanks for the help. Tenderness is a result of excessive muscle movements after using it over a period of time; longer than what it is used to. I doubt it is anything serious. Try feeling and pressing on the pained area. |
