Upper Leg Injury? |
For the last few months I've had a recurring injury in the front of my upper thigh where the leg and hip meet. It started when I was mountain climbing, and it acts up whenever I run and even when I do certain weightlifting exercises in the gym. After doing one of these activities, for the next 2-3 days I have pain whenever I do anything that involves lifting my leg. It then goes away, but the next time I do something active, it's back. It sounds to me like your hip flexor. I know when mine acts up it can become very painful and feels almost as if it is popping. My chiropractor showed me a great stretch for this. I attached a link for this stretch. Give it a try and see how it works. Also, try applying a ice pack a couple of times a day. |
