What can cause leg length inequalities aside from injuries??

what are its treatments??

Often, its just the way people happen to grow. No human body is perfectly symmetrical, and on occasion the length of one leg may differ from the other significantly enough that a prosthetic shoe may be needed to prevent walking off-balance and causing stress injuries and excessive fatigue. There is also a type of operation available where a limb can be lengthened through surgery. Basically, they cut the bone and place the limb in a brace, and gently pry the upper and lower sections of the limb apart as the bone is healing so that as the new bone fills in the gap the limb becomes gradually lengthened.

i have no idea , except maybe a genetic defect or if one has poor posture or some type of muscle ailgnment. etc. I would say anything form adding heights to shoes or just one shoe or surgery to add part of artifical limb ..like, maybe a tube or just using a prostetic leg piece, even if its really small, or maybe the use of a cane or wheel chair.

genetics, pollution, drug side effects from the mother during pregnancy, malnutrition.

Actually, everybody has a slightly shorter leg than the other, or a bigger hand, stronger arms, one eye open and the other sortof closed, or higher or lower, ears too, one foot bigger or longer than the other. some defects are more pronounced in some family lines than in others.
