Leg injury please help? |
I over stretched my upper thigh practicing a high kick. I have a mma match in 2 days. should I stretch it lightly or heat it. I need my leg to be the best it can be. u hurt your hanstring, thats the muscle in the thigh, take a dog leash/rope, etc, and put it aroud your toes while laying flat on the ground, hold each end with both ands and slightly pull towards you, do not bend your knee, stretch like this 3 times a day, and soak in bathes, that applies heat wich is good to pulled muscles should get heat....stimulates blood flow for healing, but if it is swollen then ice it to get the swelling down. |
