Left leg injury...? Football Related (Soccer) Really sore cramp (not sure what it's called)?

Today when I was on the field, I got a cramp (I'm not really sure what it's called) on my lower left leg, the pain was like when I tried to close my leg it hurt, when I tried to open my leg it would hurt and felt REALLY BAD I had to lay down during the game, can someone tell me what I was expieriencing (excuse me if I spelled that wrong), and it still hurts anything I can do to it?

By the way, it was painful (I think I mentioned that), I had to be subsituted and carried to the bench by some players...

When I got cramps I got them bad. It depends if your fit or not.
Sounds like normal cramps though.
Don't push yourself to hard.
If you are fit, get salt in your diet.
If it was like your first practice then your out for 3 months. Sorry
Only thing you can do to speed up healing is put ice on it constantly
