Hamstring/leg injury? |
I was having lower back issues so i put most of my weight on my right leg and now my right hamstring/upper part of leg is killing me i cant walk my leg caves in when i take a step and i have missed school for 2 days now and im in college so i am in desperate need and i am already heating it but it doesnt seem to be doing much so anyone help on whats wrong or how to heal it faster? probably rest it, rent some crutches from a drug store (rite aid) i run frequently and when i strain this tendon, rest is the only cure. i also take ibuprophin to ease the pain. they also take a long time to heal (feel better) |
