Injuries on my Achilles(lower leg) area.? |
I don't feel it now but usually it hurts after practice. I keep on injuring that area. Should I consult a doctor? yep, you want to do that before it completely pops or you build up too much scar tissue. Consult a podiatrist asap. I am not sure how old you are. I have had major contusions in my ahillies sheef. If not keept under control it can result in major injories. If you have not been kicked there and it is just pain from running you may want to try some kind of arch support. If you have been kicked then be sure to ice after every practice. Have some one who knows what their doing tape it up. It will be stiff but it will help you keep from injuring it worse. But ICE ICE ICE> |
