Where can I find info about organizations that help with medical bills for people w/o insurance (leg injury)? |
I just had an uncle that got hurt in his logging business (he is self-employed) and he didn't have helath insurance because he couldn't afford it. Obviously, he should have had the insurance anyways and been covered, but it's too late now and I want to try to help him. He severly injured his leg and they had to put a plate in and now he has to stay off of it for 3 months, which means no work. Any help for links or organizations that could help with medical bills would be great. He lives in southern Indiana. Thank you. try your local social services office to see if they can help or refer to somewhere that can-good luck |
