Leg/hamstring INJURY.. please help!? |
i pulled my hamstring area in my leg from jumping into the splits about 3 weeks ago. it feels better, i can walk and run, but i still cant kick and leap for dance. how long will it take to heal? (ive been taking ibuprofen and icing) any advice? Oh the old hamstring question.... michael owens should have had anything he needs for his treatment and should be 100%.... right? Why does it keep pulling him up??? The problem is scar tissue forming in the muscle. Time is key for this. Keep a gentle progression in your rehab, running etc.... give it 3 months of building back up to normal, nudge into pain, no more! Slow and gentle with plenty of massage and heat does the trick ouch ur tough to endure uch pain check out this website |
